Most agents in the DC metro area are only licensed to work in one state or the District.  By being licensed in both states and DC, you are not forced to change realtors just because you want change your shopping area.  We work in all three areas because it helps us provide our clients with a better perspective on all areas rather than own back yard.  Unlike agents who don't like putting any extra miles on their cars, we travel all over the place helping clients find the perfect home for them or to market their home.

We don't hesitate to travel anywhere.  The entire DC metro area is our back yard, not just our local city.

Are you coming into the area from out of the country or elsewhere in the US?  We also have specialized in the process of what we like to call weekend power shopping.  Rather than taking several weeks to review a few homes on a different days, we can meet our clients that have flown into town for the weekend or day and go on a showing road trip (our latest record in one day is 27 homes).
