- Has it been perc tested?
- How does the lot drain?
- What is around the lot? What is the neighborhood like?
- What is the topography? How would a house sit on the lot?
- Which direction would the front and the back of the house most likely face?
- Would the home have a basement (walk-out, submerged, walk-up) or be elevated?
- How would the lot accommodate plumbing/electricity/gas?
- How would you best orient a house on the lot to maximize/minimize views?
