We also believe in staying involved in the listing once it has gone live.  So many realtors list a home and then make the showing contact a local centralized showing service (a calling service that has thousands of homes' showing instructions) or they just tell you to call the owner and let them know you are coming.  For us, this is a golden opportunity to sizzle your home that most agents pass up.  Rather than forward an inquiring call to a calling service, we take inquiries directly so we can use that initial call to tell the agent more details about your home, tell them how great it is, and offer to send them our prepared photo emails.  This also helps us keep better track of activity for your property and helps us sizzle its popularity.  It is human nature to be more intrigued by something that others find interesting.
